At Euromerch Performance, we take pride in offering high-quality parts and reliable custom tuning solutions. However, please read the following terms carefully before purchasing or installing any products:

Customer Installations

• If you choose to install parts yourself or through a third-party installer, you assume full responsibility for the installation and its outcome.

• We are not liable for any issues arising from improper installation, including but not limited to exhaust leaks, fitment issues, check engine lights, or drivability concerns.

• We strongly recommend professional installation to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Custom Tuning

• Our tuning solutions are developed to be safe and reliable for supported vehicles in good working condition.

• If your vehicle experiences dash warning lights, electrical malfunctions, or unexpected behavior, it may be related to pre-existing issues such as weak or low-voltage batteries, faulty sensors, or other unrelated components.

• We are not responsible for any issues that occur outside of our shop or without our oversight.

Emissions Notice

• Many of our performance exhaust systems are designed for off-road or track use only. Depending on your local, state, or federal laws, they may not be emissions-compliant.

• We are not responsible for any emissions-related issues, failed inspections, or legal consequences resulting from aftermarket exhaust installations.

Third-Party Installation

• For local customers, we work with a certified master technician for professional installation services.
